This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for residents and prospects. Duties Picking up trash and debris throughout the property Keeping breezeways, sidewalks, parking lots, and common areas clean Empty trash cans and maintain dumpster areas Ensure compliance with valet trash guidelines Blow off walkways and parking areas Maintain landscaping appearance (light duties such as watering or reporting issues) Remove trash and debris from vacant units Help prepare units for vendors and maintenance Report any maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or violations to management Support the maintenance team with general tasks as needed Assist with special projects and community events when required Skills Previous porter/groundskeeper experience preferred (but not required) Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Physical Requirements Ability to walk the property for extended periods Lift up to 50 lbs Work outdoors in various weather conditions

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
