In this role, you will support the maintenance and repair of our residential and manufacturing facilities, ensuring all systems operate smoothly and efficiently. Your energetic approach and technical expertise will contribute to maintaining a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in electrical, mechanical, and facilities maintenance while providing exceptional service across various settings. Responsibilities Assist with routine maintenance tasks across residential and manufacturing facilities, including plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repairs Support the troubleshooting and repair of equipment using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters Operate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to monitor and troubleshoot automated systems Follow safety protocols diligently during all maintenance procedures to ensure a secure environment Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and quality.
