Seasonal Inspector

Sand 'N Sea is looking for an energetic, detail-driven, seasonal Property Inspector to help deliver exceptional guest experiences across our vacation rental homes. In this fast-paced role, you'll be the eyes of our properties—ensuring each home meets our quality standards and is fully guest-ready. You'll inspect everything from TVs and remotes to drawers, door handles, faucets, and other high-use items to make sure they're clean, functional, and in top condition. You'll also verify that each home is fully stocked with the amenities and features promised to guests. Beyond inspections, you'll play a key role in protecting the guest experience by identifying maintenance concerns, flagging larger repair needs, and communicating important findings to the appropriate teams. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Schedule Working days will be Sunday through Saturday with scheduled shifts based on business needs. Weekend work is required.
