DESCRIPTION

Under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager the facilities maintenance technician is responsible for all tasks related to the maintenance and repair of club facilities, equipment, and building structure.

REPORTS TO

Operations Manager/Facilities Supervisor

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Preventive maintenance/rounds man Preventive Maintenance of HVAC and Refrigeration systems, assisting with repairs as needed Repairs of plumbing fixtures and supporting equipment Makes minor electrical repairs as needed Performs rough and finish carpentry Paints a variety of textured surfaces Utilizes a variety of shop tools such as saws, nail guns, and power tools etc. Responds to maintenance issues from management and employees Other duties as assigned by Operations Manager

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

One year technical school in related field Years of work experience in related fields may be considered in place of education

SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge of HVAC operations and preventative maintenance Basic Plumbing and Electrical Pool experience Basic Carpentry skills

MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

One - three years experience in related fields preferred, willing to train the right candidate Basic pool operations HVAC license/EPA certificate

Full-time Pay:

$16.00 - $25.00 per hour
