Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to join our team and ensure the seamless operation of our facilities and equipment. The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the maintenance department through effective planning, organization, communication, and administrative support. This role coordinates maintenance activities, maintains accurate records and documentation, utilizes computer systems to track work orders, inventory, and department metrics, and serves as a liaison between maintenance, operations, and vendors.
Duties Parts Room Invetory Management :
Oversee all aspects of the parts room inventory, including but not limited to maintaining cleanliness and organization, ensuring proper storage and labeling of parts, monitoring inventory levels, conducting routine inventory audits, maintaining accurate inventory records, ordering parts and supplies as needed, and ensuring adequate stock is available to support maintenance operations. Responsible for the overall upkeep and efficiency of the parts room to minimize downtime and support operational needs.
Limble Management :
Utilize Limble software to create, assign, and track work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and asset performance data.
Work Order Coordination:
Receive and review maintenance requests, prioritize work orders based on urgency and impact, and ensure timely completion. Preventive Maintenance (PM)
Oversight:
Ensure that preventive maintenance tasks are scheduled, executed, and documented accurately within the Limble system.
Inventory Management:
Track inventory of maintenance supplies and spare parts in Limble, ensuring that stock levels are maintained, and reorder points are met.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate and analyze maintenance reports, including work order completion rates, equipment downtime, and cost tracking, using Limble's reporting tools.
Vendor Management:
Liaise with external vendors for services or parts procurement as needed, ensuring that agreements and quality standards are met.
Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the maintenance team, operations, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve issues promptly.
Team Support:
Assist the maintenance team with scheduling and logistical support to ensure optimal performance and on-time completion of tasks.
Compliance:
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and company policies.
Training and Support :
Provide training to new team members or staff on using Limble and other relevant tools or systems . Qualifications Proven experience as a Maintenance Coordinator or similar role in a manufacturing, industrial, or facilities management setting. Strong working knowledge of Limble (preferred) Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams. Ability to generate reports and analyze maintenance data for decision-making. Basic understanding of maintenance processes, equipment, and tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a maintenance environment. Physical Requirements Possesses the ability to bend and stoop. Lift up to 50 pounds. Work Environment Adapt to seasonal temperature changes. Stand on a variation of hard, concrete surfaces. Fast paced environment.
Pay:
$14.00 - $18.00 per hour
