This is a part time position. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep, safety, and functionality of our apartment complex. Your expertise will help maintain a high standard of living for our residents by performing a variety of maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Job duties to include but not limited to the below Make readies (painting, cleaning, in units to prepare for new move ins Painting Some a/c and electrical work Plumbing General maintenance tasks Curb appeal (trash pickup, some lawn care) Experience a plus!
