Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM - 5:00

Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Position Overview Openwork is seeking a driven and dependable Maintenance / Utility Worker to support a fast-paced industrial facility. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment while supporting daily operations and production readiness. If you are hands-on, safety-focused, and take pride in your work, this opportunity offers stability and long-term growth. Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain plant floors, work areas, and equipment
• Sanitize pallets, tools, respirators, break rooms, and locker rooms
• Remove and properly dispose of trash and debris
• Maintain indoor and outdoor work areas, including areas around plant equipment
• Operate a forklift to transport materials and waste bins
• Operate floor sweeper and assist with general labor tasks
• Follow verbal and written instructions and complete assigned tasks with sign-offs
• Support production areas through cross-training as needed
• Follow all safety guidelines, state regulations, and QMS procedures Qualifications
• Minimum of 2+ years of industrial, janitorial, or warehouse experience
• Previous utility or sanitation experience preferred
• Forklift experience required
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Physical & Safety Requirements
• Ability to lift 50-70 lbs and remain active throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods
• Must be clean-shaven and able to wear a respirator for most of the shift
• Must follow all safety protocols, including end-of-shift hygiene procedures
• Must pass background check and drug screening
