In this energized role, you will assist with a variety of maintenance tasks, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for residents and staff alike. Your proactive approach and technical skills will contribute to the overall excellence of our property management operations, fostering a positive living experience for all. •

Duties Assist with routine and preventive maintenance tasks across the property, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry work. Support facilities maintenance activities such as painting, welding, and mechanical repairs to uphold property standards. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to troubleshoot issues effectively. Operate tools and equipment including ohmmeters, welders, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and other electrical/mechanical devices. Maintain accurate records of work performed using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Assist in supervising small teams or contractors during maintenance projects while adhering to safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to resident repair requests and communicating clearly about work progress. Qualifications Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish) Must be AC Certified Must be Pool Certified Must have 4+ years in apartment maintenance technician experience Basic electrical experience with an understanding of schematics and electrical systems. Mechanical knowledge complemented by hands-on experience in facilities or residential maintenance. Proficiency with tools such as ohmmeters and familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs).. Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics accurately. Knowledge of tracking work orders and maintenance history. Demonstrated customer service skills with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
