Reports to the facility maintenance tech they are assisting and the Facility Maintenance Supervisor. Essential Job Functions Maintains facilities by scheduling and performing preventative maintenance on pumps and motors, clarifiers along with other facility equipment. Investigate and perform minor repairs at facilities. Perform task using the proper hand tools or power tools for the required task. Records tasks performed and have ability to complete data on tablet. On call duty required for emergency repairs when needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Requirements High School or GED Valid driver's license and good driving record People Skills Recommend achieving water and wastewater certifications Other Skills/Abilities

• Mechanical Aptitude
• Ability to communicate with customers
• Ability to communicate with supervisor
• Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance
• Must be able to push, pull and/or lift items weighing approximately 50 lbs. Subject to exposure to dust, fumes, vibration, noise and dirty working conditions.

Work Environment:

Tasks involve the intermittent performance of physically demanding work, typically involving some combination of reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, or crouching, and that may involve the lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling of moderately heavy objects and materials (20-50 pounds).

• Physical strength and agility sufficient to do strenuous tasks under varying weather conditions.
