In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation, safety, and upkeep of our multifamily property. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance skills in a fast-paced setting that values teamwork and continuous improvement. Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, including electrical wiring, plumbing, HVAC units, and mechanical equipment Conduct welding repairs and perform residential painting to maintain property aesthetics and structural integrity Read and interpret schematics for electrical circuits, mechanical systems, and facility layouts to accurately diagnose problems Assist with facilities maintenance projects while ensuring safety protocols are followed Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident or tenant concerns promptly and professionally Lead or support maintenance teams in manufacturing or residential settings with leadership experience as needed Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance with a strong mechanical knowledge base Skilled in electrical work with familiarity in schematics, electrical troubleshooting, and use of tools like ohmmeters Strong communication skills in English for clear documentation and team coordination Prior supervisory or leadership experience in maintenance or manufacturing environments preferred Basic understanding of residential painting techniques is a plus Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settingsJoin us to be part of a dedicated team committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and service.
