Here's The Role Are you highly skilled in mechanical maintenance? If so, we are seeking four motived Energy Services Mechanic to join our fast-paced plant operations team! In this role you will collaborate with dedicated professionals committed to optimizing and innovating our power plant operations. Your expertise is the driving force that keeps our operations seamless and efficient. How You'll Contribute Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of mechanical equipment to ensure efficient operation of plant equipment. Stay ahead of issues through proactive equipment assessments to determine the condition of equipment and implement vital repairs or upgrades. Collaborate with team members to develop and complete maintenance schedules and strategies. Meticulously document maintenance actions while strictly adhering to regulatory and industry safety standards. Act as the go-to emergency expert, providing support in troubleshooting to minimize downtime and guarantee reliable service delivery. How You're Qualified Four or more years of experience in maintenance and/or repair of mechanical equipment or other relevant experience. A degree(s) in mechanical or industrial maintenance, instrumentation, controls or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience. Driver's license How You'll Stand Out Strong adherence to safety and regulatory compliance. Certification in NCCER Power Generation Maintenance Mechanic, Level 4 or a related field. Proficient in applying maintenance assessments in an energy services environment. Proficient in collaborating within a team environment with effective communication.
