Responsibilities include inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to identify and resolve issues; performing minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical repairs; responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner; replacing or repairing defective parts; maintaining clean and organized work areas; and collaborating with other staff to complete projects efficiently. Assist with preventative maintenance schedules and document all work performed. Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively. Maintain inventory of supplies and report shortages. Follow all safety protocols and company policies. Support general improvements and upkeep as required. Ideal candidates should possess basic knowledge of maintenance procedures, manual dexterity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Good communication skills and reliability are essential. Availability for occasional emergency repairs outside regular hours may be required.
