Job Description

Coordinator Maintenance NEX Patterson-UTI United States, Texas, Midland 4517 West Industrial Avenue (Show on map) May 05, 2026 Essential Functions Identify and track necessary parts as repairs are performed
Set up master equipment record (maintenance records, work orders, meter readings, unity costing reports, and tracking major components)
Receive and enter all maintenance work orders and process through CMMS
Maintain truck files with NexTier's CMMS in accordance with DOT compliance and company policies.
Maintain Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR) Files
Maintain Fleet registrations within NexTier's CMMS.
Maintain tracking system for maintenance/repair hours per mechanic.
Schedule maintenance and follow up per piece of equipment.
Work with local management to create local procedures to enhance efficiencies.
Maintain monthly cost tracking for maintenance including the tracking of all maintenance purchase orders.
General clerical assistance to the maintenance manager.
Fleet administration, tracking and reporting.
Working with finance to ensure proper accounting procedures for fleet management.
Coordination with purchasing and receiving departments.
Work with maintenance department to stay on target.
Perform other duties as assigned. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Knowledge of DOT compliance (preferred)
General knowledge of data entry

Language Comprehension Ability to understand, read, and speak English at a level of proficiency allowing employee to issue, receive, and respond to both safety and operations related directions in English. Minimum Required Education H.S. Diploma Minimum Required Work Experience 5 years Licenses Required Valid Driver's license - required
