In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our facilities and outdoor spaces. Your expertise will help maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized environment by performing a variety of maintenance tasks across different areas. This position offers an opportunity to work with a diverse range of tools and equipment, contributing directly to the upkeep and beautification of our property. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and maintenance on buildings, grounds, and outdoor facilities to identify and address issues promptly. Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping, construction, or repair projects. Conduct landscape maintenance including mowing, lawn care, tree trimming, pruning, planting, and gardening activities. Maintain watering schedules and repair any leaks or malfunctions. Keep pathways and driveways accessible and safe. Assist with hardscape projects such as paving walkways or installing retaining walls to enhance outdoor spaces. Support tree care activities including planting, trimming, removal, and health assessments to promote healthy growth. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand tools and power tools efficiently. Experience in landscaping. Knowledge of lawn and tree trimming methods. Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks independently while adhering to safety standards. Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail in landscape, maintenance and repairs. Good physical condition with the stamina required for outdoor work in various weather conditions.
