Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, and equipment repairs
• Execute electrical repairs and installations
• Clean houses and assist with furniture moving
• Replace light bulbs, fixtures, and door locks
• Troubleshoot mechanical equipment and logic controllers
• Maintain a clean and organized shop area
• Read and interpret schematics for accurate diagnostics

Requirements:

• Prior experience in facilities maintenance
• Proficiency in electrical work, wiring, and troubleshooting
• Mechanical knowledge for equipment repairs
