LEAD MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

- Pharr, TX Position Summary The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations at the community, ensuring apartment homes, buildings, grounds, and amenities are maintained to the highest standards.
This position provides leadership to the maintenance team while delivering exceptional customer service to residents. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations. Complete and oversee resident service requests in a timely manner. Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry issues. Perform preventative maintenance throughout the property. Ensure vacant apartments are turned and prepared for move-in. Monitor and maintain pool, fitness center, and community amenities. Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies. Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed. Participate in the emergency on-call rotation. Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards. Assist with budgeting and maintenance planning. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred. HVAC Certification preferred. Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, and general maintenance. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work both indoors and outdoors.
ASSISTANT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

- Pharr, TX Position Summary The Assistant Maintenance Technician supports the maintenance department by completing repairs, assisting with preventative maintenance, and ensuring the property remains in excellent condition.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Respond to and complete service requests promptly and professionally. Assist with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance repairs. Perform preventative maintenance throughout the property. Assist with apartment inspections and make-ready processes. Maintain community amenities, common areas, and grounds. Ensure work orders are completed accurately and efficiently. Assist with emergency maintenance calls when necessary. Maintain maintenance tools, equipment, and work areas. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred. Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent customer service skills. Valid driver's license preferred. PORTER / MAKE-READY TECHNICIAN

- Pharr, TX Position Summary The Porter / Make-Ready Technician is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the community while preparing vacant apartment homes for new residents.
This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring apartments are move-in ready. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of the property, including breezeways, sidewalks, parking areas, and common areas. Pick up trash and debris throughout the community daily. Clean and prepare vacant apartments for occupancy. Perform touch-up painting, caulking, patchwork, and minor repairs. Replace light bulbs, air filters, blinds, and other apartment fixtures as needed. Assist with appliance inspections, installation, and removal. Clean appliances, cabinets, countertops, bathrooms, patios, and storage areas. Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to management. Assist maintenance staff with work orders and property projects. Help maintain community amenities, including the pool, fitness center, clubhouse, and outdoor spaces. Ensure all work is completed according to company standards. Qualifications Previous porter, janitorial, make-ready, or apartment maintenance experience preferred. Knowledge of painting, cleaning, and minor repair work. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
