Maintenance Staff

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in rooms.
• Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Respond to maintenance requests from various departments
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems
• Fabricate and weld components as needed including wall/paint repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read and interpret schematics
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Leadership skills to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently Schedule availability:
