The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge including but not limited to lawn maintenance utilizing zero radius mowers, gas powered weedeater, blower, and edgers. Ability to work with minimal supervision a must. Knowlege in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting and general maintenance a huge plus. Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and facilities.
• Maintain lawns in assigned area with minimal supervision to a 5 star standard.
• Troubleshoot and repair sprinklers and water lines.
• Conduct commercial painting tasks to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the property.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications
• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.
• Experience in supervising teams is a plus.
• Ability to fabricate and weld metal components as needed.
• Knowledge of commercial painting techniques is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
