Job Description
Overview Castaway's Seafood and Grill is looking for a dependable, self-motivated Maintenance & Grounds Assistant to help keep our restaurant looking its best. This is a gresy opportunity for someone who enjoys hands on work, takes pride in keeping things clean and well maintained, and can work independently. Schedule Approximately 4 hours per day Morning Shift (7-11) Part time Starting Pay $18.00 per hour Responsibilities General cleaning of the restaurant, patio, and surrounding property Basic Building maintenance and repairs Pressure washing and exterior upkeep painting and touch up projects light lanscaping and grounds maintenancde trash and recycling management changing light bulbs, air filters, and other routine maintenance tasks assisting with various projects as needed Qualifications Reliable and punctual Comfortable using basic hand and power tools Able to lift up to 50 lbs Able to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions maintenance, construction, landscaping, or handyman experience is a plus, but were willing to train the right person Valid drivers license
