Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a Landscape Lawn Maintenance Foreman to help oversee the lawn maintenance crews servicing residential and a few commercial properties. Duties
- Assist in leading the lawn maintenance staff
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify areas for improvement
- Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective lawn maintenance operations, operational skills
- Assist Lawn Maintenance Manager as needed, including but not limited to; interacting with customers and determine plan of action, direct crew members at specific job sites, follow all applicable safety guidelines, meet company standards on quality.
- Consult with other departments as necessary to meet customer expectations Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in landscape maintenance
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Effective time management skills
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and landscaping techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Only people with a valid Texas Drivers License to apply
