In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep, safety, and aesthetic appeal of our facilities and outdoor spaces. Your expertise will help maintain a well-functioning environment by performing a wide range of maintenance tasks, landscape care, and equipment operation. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, fixtures, and equipment using hand tools and power tools. Conduct landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming trees, pruning, planting, and gardening to keep outdoor areas healthy and attractive. Operate lawn care machinery such as mowers, snow plows, and excavators to manage grounds throughout all seasons. Maintain irrigation systems, ensuring proper functioning for healthy landscaping. Assist with hardscape projects like paving, stonework, or installing pathways to enhance outdoor aesthetics. Provide snow plowing services during winter months to ensure safe access around the property. Support tree care activities including trimming, planting, and removal as needed for safety and landscape design. Qualifications Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment. Prior construction or maintenance experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care techniques including trimming and planting. Strong work ethic with the ability to perform physical tasks in various weather conditions. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in maintaining outdoor spaces and facilities.
