Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Lawn Maintenance / Janitorial Helper to join our team! This energetic role involves assisting with outdoor landscaping, lawn care, and general cleaning duties to ensure our properties remain beautiful, safe, and well-maintained. As a key team member, you will contribute to creating inviting outdoor spaces and clean environments that enhance the overall appearance and functionality of our facilities. This position offers a great opportunity for individuals eager to develop their skills in landscape maintenance, gardening, and janitorial services while working in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Assist with lawn care activities including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to keep lawns healthy and attractive Support landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning trees and shrubs. Operate hand tools and power tools safely for various landscaping and maintenance projects Perform janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and cleaning of indoor spaces to maintain cleanliness standards Requirements Basic knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment Experience or interest in lawn care, gardening, or landscape maintenance preferred Ability to operate small machinery such as mowers, edgers, trimmers, etc. Knowledge of tree care, and irrigation systems is advantageous Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety procedures diligently Willingness to learn new skills related to landscaping and cleaning Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods Join us if you're ready to bring energy into outdoor beautification projects while gaining valuable skills in landscape maintenance and janitorial services!
