Job Description
Job Summary We are currently accepting applications for the position of Facilities Tech II. Qualified applicants must possess a high school diploma or GED, have at least three years of experience in light carpentry, plumbing, dry wall, painting and electrical work. Applicants must also be able to perform lawn maintenance. Long periods of standing are required as well as the ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds. Work week will consist of a 40 hour a week schedule. A minimal amount of afterhours work may be required. Salary range is $18.75-$21.00 hourly depending on experience. A generous benefits package is available including paid time off, compensatory time off, fourteen paid holidays a year, health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, free gym membership and paid college tuition including trade school.
