Duties Assist in the construction of new pools, including excavation, and plumbing setup Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning filters, checking water chemistry, and inspecting equipment Repair and troubleshoot pool systems using hand tools and power tools, including pumps, filters, and heaters Conduct pool cleaning activities like skimming debris, brushing surfaces, and vacuuming pools to ensure optimal clarity and hygiene Maintain equipment by performing minor repairs or replacements to ensure operational efficiency Follow safety protocols during all phases of construction and maintenance to prevent accidents Support team members with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup to keep projects on schedule Experience Prior experience with service technician roles or pool maintenance is highly desirable Mechanical knowledge related to pool systems, equipment repair, and troubleshooting techniques is essential Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in construction and repair work Experience working with pool cleaning systems and performing routine maintenance tasks Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines in a physically demanding environment Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and improving technical expertise This role offers an engaging environment where your skills directly impact the quality of our projects.
