Job Description
•Must be attending Snow College in Ephraim Utah AND living at Pinetree Condominiums for the FULL school year. Pinetree Condominiums is looking for friendly and reliable Resident Assistants to help keep our property clean, safe, and welcoming for tenants. Responsibilities Keep breezeways and common areas clean Pick up trash and report maintenance or safety issues Perform nightly property checks and keep detailed logs Enforce property rules and report disturbances when needed Help tenants with questions, check-ins, and check-outs Assist with resident social events Communicate with management and maintenance staff Be available by phone for emergencies or urgent issues Attend required meetings Qualifications Friendly and professional attitude Reliable and responsible Good communication and organization skills Able to work independently and handle problems professionally Pinetree Associates is committed to maintaining clean, well-managed housing while treating all tenants and staff fairly and respectfully.
