We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Full-Time Hotel Maintenance Assistant to help maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of our hotel property. This position plays a critical role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained environment. This is a full-time position , and Saturday and Sunday availability is required. What You'll Do As a Hotel Maintenance Assistant, you'll be responsible for a variety of maintenance, repair, and groundskeeping duties, including: Perform preventive, corrective, and repair maintenance throughout the hotel property Complete daily maintenance work orders in a timely manner to support guest satisfaction Monitor and maintain pool chemistry and temperature according to health department regulations Help ensure the safety and security of hotel buildings, grounds, guests, and team members Maintain landscaping, exterior grounds, and overall curb appeal of the property Assist with snow removal and ensure parking lots and walkways remain safe and accessible Identify maintenance issues and proactively address concerns before they impact guests Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned Qualifications Previous maintenance, groundskeeping, facilities, hotel maintenance, or general repair experience preferred Knowledge of building maintenance, equipment upkeep, and property protection practices Ability to communicate professionally with guests, vendors, supervisors, and fellow team members Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay of $16+ based on experience Full-time, stable employment Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holiday Pay Opportunities for growth and advancement Hotel travel discounts at participating properties Supportive team environment and company culture Why Join Us?
