Submittal Apartment Maintenance Helper | Lehi, UT Nexeo Staffing is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Helper in Lehi, UT for a short-term 1-2 month project. This full-time property maintenance opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on apartment maintenance work, including unit turns, light repairs, and general upkeep. You'll help prepare apartment units for new tenants by supporting a team focused on clean, safe, and well-maintained living spaces. This role offers consistent hours and valuable experience in apartment maintenance, construction support, and property management operations. Responsibilities- Assist with apartment turns including drywall patching, painting, and unit prep
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and completing minor repairs
- Support general upkeep of apartment units and common areas
- Use hand tools safely and effectively for maintenance and repair tasks
- Assist with cleaning apartments and preparing units for new residents
- Follow direction from maintenance technicians and property management staff
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, maintenance work, or construction tasks required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor including standing, bending, and crouching
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or on a team
- Must be able to pass pre-employment requirements
