In our skilled nursing facility, every role contributes to creating a safe, comfortable environment where patients can recover and regain independence. Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment replacements Support maintenance needs across: Kitchen equipment HVAC systems Laundry equipment Plumbing and electrical systems Flooring and general facility upkeep Grounds and exterior equipment Complete routine painting and touch-up work throughout the facility Inspect systems and equipment to ensure safe, proper operation Assist with receiving shipments and moving furniture or equipment Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility needs
ExperienceSkills:
At least 6 months of maintenance experience in a commercial, healthcare, or industrial setting preferred Experience with flooring care and general facility upkeep preferred Painting experience required (including touch-ups, surface prep, and basic finishing) Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Additional Requirements:
