Job Description:

Settlers Junction RV Resort is looking for hardworking, friendly, and dependable Maintenance and Office Camp Workers to join our team! You will work directly with the on-site manager, performing a variety of duties that keep our resort running smoothly and our guests happy. This is a great opportunity for anyone who enjoys an active, outdoor environment and takes pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming space for campers.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

Deliver excellent customer service to guests and visitors at all times Maintain park facilities and grounds, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are always met Assist with the removal of garbage and debris from buildings and surrounding areas Work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and efficient Perform a wide variety of tasks as assigned by the on-site manager (maintenance, office support, groundskeeping, and general resort operations) Maintain an effective, positive working relationship with fellow employees and the general public

What We're Looking For:

Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule (including weekends and holidays) Physical stamina for outdoor work and occasional lifting Previous experience in maintenance, groundskeeping, customer service, or resort operations is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates!
