Full Job Description Job Title:

Property Maintenance (Full-Time) We are currently hiring for a full-time Property Maintenance position. Experience with manufactured/mobile homes is a plus, but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate. We are seeking a driven and reliable individual who is familiar with basic maintenance tasks, including electrical repairs, minor plumbing, and general facility upkeep. As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in creating a clean, comfortable, and efficient environment for our residents and staff.

Schedule & Work Expectations:

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Work can be physically demanding, especially during the busy spring and summer seasons During the slower winter season, maintenance staff are expected to remain productive by ensuring ongoing cleaning, upkeep, and improvement tasks are completed throughout the community

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine meter reads throughout the entire community Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards Ensure all common areas are clean and well-maintained Troubleshoot issues and complete repairs in a timely manner Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant concerns professionally or directing them to the office when needed Your expertise will directly contribute to maintaining high property standards and ensuring resident satisfaction.
