Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and versatile Maintenance Worker to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities and outdoor spaces. In this role, you will perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, including landscaping, equipment repair, and general building upkeep. Your energetic approach will help maintain a safe, functional, and attractive environment for staff and visitors alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your diverse skills in maintenance, landscaping, and construction while contributing to the overall excellence of our property. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, fixtures, and equipment to ensure safety and functionality Conduct landscape maintenance including mowing, lawn care, tree trimming, gardening, and planting to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy Operate hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other machinery safely and efficiently for construction or landscaping projects Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed Carry out snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and accessible Maintain hardscape features such as walkways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures Support tree care activities including pruning, trimming, planting, or removal as required Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment and machinery Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, excavators, and snow plows Knowledge of horticulture principles including gardening techniques and plant care Experience in landscape maintenance tasks like mowing, edging, planting, and irrigation management Ability to perform construction-related tasks involving hardscape installation or repair Familiarity with tree care practices including trimming and pruning for health and safety purposes Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy objects when necessary Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety protocols during all maintenance activities Join us as a Maintenance Worker if you thrive in a dynamic environment where your hands-on skills make a real difference!
