Compensation:

$55,000 - $62,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Must be reachable via a company-provided emergency cell phone after hours to respond to emergencies involving life safety, property damage, or common areas, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Respond to and resolve emergency maintenance issues such as sewer backups, water intrusion, and related incidents. Coordinate and ensure proper cleanup, including working with outside vendors when necessary. Perform general building operation and maintenance duties, including drywall repair, painting, routine property and building inspections, boiler checks, sprinkler room inspections, fire panel checks, filter and light bulb replacement, and minor plumbing-related repairs. Install portable A/C units, pick up supplies, use ladders, and access rooftops for minor repairs.

Qualifications:

Work requires sufficient physical ability to perform building maintenance tasks, including bending, climbing, and lifting. Adherence to all applicable safety standards is essential to successfully perform the duties of the position.
