The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and electrical background, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team, ensuring that all equipment is maintained to the highest standards. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency and safety within our facility. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal performance. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using schematics and diagnostic tools. Completing general building cleaning and maintenance. Installing and replacing floors, stairs, and piping as needed. Repairing and painting doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other parts of the building. Supervise maintenance projects and coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any maintenance-related concerns from staff or clients. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. Requirements Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in maintenance or repair roles. Proficiency in electrical systems, including the ability to read schematics. Experience in welding is preferred but not required. Ability to fabricate components as necessary for repairs. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to work collaboratively with others. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks as required. Previous supervisory experience is a plus. Join us as we strive for excellence in maintenance!
