THIS JOB IS PART TIME, ABOUT 10-20 HOURS A WEEK - IT IS NOT A FULL TIME JOB, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF LOOKING FOR FULL TIME PART TIME
- Light maintenance work for rental houses on VCU Campus such as but not limited to changing lightbulbs, repairing/replacing faucet, unclogging a drain, changing HVAC filters, painting, light carpentry work Must have own tools and
PICK UP TRUCK
in order to go from house to house. Must be honest, dependable and trustworthy. This is a
DRUG FREE
work environment with regular drug screenings.
