Overview Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Worker and play a vital role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our facilities and outdoor spaces. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work across a variety of maintenance tasks, from landscaping and lawn care to equipment repair and snow plowing. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, tree trimming, gardening, and planting to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy Utilize hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as excavators and irrigation systems to complete maintenance tasks efficiently Conduct lawn care activities like mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating to promote lush turf conditions Maintain hardscape features such as walkways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures with proper care and repairs Carry out snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe access around the property Support construction projects or repairs by operating machinery like excavators or other heavy equipment as needed Perform routine inspections of facilities and outdoor spaces to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards and address them promptly Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment Familiarity with lawn care practices including mowing, edging, fertilization, and irrigation system maintenance Experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, tree care, pruning, and horticulture principles Ability to operate heavy machinery such as excavators or snow plows safely and effectively Knowledge of hardscape installation or repair is a plus Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety standards Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions Join us in creating beautiful, safe environments while honing your skills in maintenance and landscaping!
