Full Job Description Full-Time Available Shifts:

7-3 Overview Under the supervision of the Maintenance Director, the Maintenance Assistant Tech ensures that our building remains a safe and comfortable place to live and work. The Maintenance Assistant Tech uses electrical and mechanical expertise to service equipment, maintain physical plant operations, make repairs, and keep our buildings and grounds looking their best. The right person will work well individually and on a team, and be courteous and helpful to our senior residents. Key Responsibilities General maintenance including, but not limited to, basic carpentry, flooring, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and window/glass repairs and preventative maintenance Corrective actions in response to emergency conditions, such as flooding, and clean up Apartment turnover work including carpet cleaning, painting, and unit repairs Regular inspection of building and grounds to ensure standards are met Seasonal snow, ice, and leaf removal Furniture assembly and furniture moving Other tasks as requested by supervisor Qualifications Previous related experience/training Ability to lift 50 pounds Inquire Today Inquire Today Location Marian Manor 5345 Marian Lane, Virginia Beach, VA 23462 Get Directions Questions?
