Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to extend the lifespan of machinery and prevent breakdowns. Adjust and monitor HVAC and beverage dispensing systems. Facility Upkeep Complete minor interior and exterior repairs, including basic carpentry, plumbing, and fixing light fixtures. Ensure the restaurant is structurally sound, touching up paint and replacing broken tiles or door handles. Manage the curb appeal of the establishment, clearing exterior trash and sweeping parking areas. Sanitation & Safety Clean and maintain floors, dining areas, and restrooms to meet strict health codes. Execute deep cleaning and sanitation duties, including filtering fryer vats and emptying waste bins. Ensure soap, sanitizer, and paper product dispensers remain stocked. Inventory & Vendor Coordination Manage parts inventory, order replacement supplies, and work with general managers on procurement. Escort and coordinate with third-party technicians for specialized repairs. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and equipment service records
