Lawn Maintenance worker

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Lawn Maintenance Worker and bring outdoor spaces to life! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful lawns, landscapes, and gardens through skilled use of hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment. Duties Mostly weed whacking with some mowing of lawns using lawn mowers and power tools to achieve a clean, even cut that promotes healthy grass growth. Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as edging, trimming, pruning trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain aesthetic appeal. Use hand tools and power equipment like shovels, rakes, blowers, and trimmers to shape gardens and prepare planting beds. Execute snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access and clear pathways for clients or property owners. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate and maintain various landscaping and construction tools. Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices. Familiarity with landscaping techniques including tree care, tree trimming, and pruning Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively; experience with excavators is a plus. Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions; capable of lifting heavy materials when needed. Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow detailed instructions accurately.
