Groundskeeper/Maintenance Worker

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetics and functionality of our landscapes and facilities. This role requires a strong background in various maintenance tasks, including lawn care, and general landscaping, general cleaning, snow removal. The Maintenance Person will ensure that all outdoor areas are well-kept and safe for use. Conduct landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and planting as needed. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various gardening and landscaping tasks. Assist in the upkeep of lawns by applying appropriate care techniques to promote healthy growth. Monitor plant health and perform horticultural tasks such as pruning and fertilizing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment used in maintenance activities. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely. Skills Experience in landscape maintenance practices, including lawn care techniques. Familiarity with horticulture principles and gardening best practices. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills to address maintenance challenges as they arise.
