Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our hotel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the property, guest rooms, and facilities are well-maintained, safe, and operating efficiently. This role includes performing routine inspections, handling repairs, and assisting with preventive maintenance tasks to provide guests with a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repair work on hotel equipment, guest rooms, and common areas. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues. Maintain maintenance logs and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards. Assist with special projects, renovations, and seasonal maintenance tasks as needed.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
