Job Description

Looking for a part-time maintenance employee to add to our team. The job is 16-24 hours per week. On call is a requirement. Must have transportation and some experience. Must have a vehicle and license. Background checks will be done before hiring. Have weekends available as well. Security staff is an overnight shift from 10pm to 6am. Duties will be discussed during interview.
Responsibilities:
1. Repair or replace items around the hotel and refurbish items in guest rooms. By keeping on top of these tasks, you'll keep our hotels looking great and working well. 2. Organize supplies and make sure equipment is ready for the next day 3. Live up to high safety standards - follow guidelines and tell your supervisor about any incidents, dangerous conditions or unsafe equipment 4. Take responsibility for the safety and cleanliness of areas inside and outside the hotel, like the car park and pool 5. Always keep an eye out for improvements - keep everything working and efficient at all times 6. Be a friendly face and helping hand to our guests 7. Keep your supervisor or duty manager in the loop and tell them about any low running supplies 8. Look smart and approachable in your uniform 9. Be ready to take on extra duties as and when the team needs you
