Hands on Maintenance Technician needed - Full Time Day Shift Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Must be able to lead a crew but still do the work yourself. Royal Life Centers is seeking a skilled and committed Facilities Maintenance technician to work in Mead Washington. The facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting the daily maintenance functions and special projects in our locations to ensure day-to-day operations and site safety. This role is responsible for the maintenance and repair of various residential and business structures.

General responsibilities are:

3 years of verifiable experience in Facilities Maintenance working on Residential and Business structures.

Knowledge of current building codes and standards in

Washington State Education:

High School Diploma or its equivalent.
