We're currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Maintenance Level I/Landscaper who enjoys being part of a supportive, team-focused workplace.

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Level I is responsible for the proper maintenance and upkeep of guest rooms, hotel public areas, back of house spaces, meeting rooms, kitchen and lounge. Responds to maintenance requests generated by staff members and guests in a timely manner. Maintenance of the hotel may include but is not limited to, electrical work, carpentry, painting, plumbing, furniture repair, and general maintenance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Perform maintenance throughout the property exterior and courtyard, following schedules for proper care of all property vegetation. Regularly remove trash and cuttings from entire property exterior. Monitor irrigation controls and adjust zones as needed. Implement a weed abatement program. Quickly diagnose and address any pest issues. Trim trees and hedges for optimum health and appearance. Prune plants for optimum health and appearance. Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of the property. Perform duties assigned by the chief engineer, supervisor-on-duty and hotel management, including but not limited to completing tasks submitted by work order. Daily and regularly checks for new maintenance requests from the PMS (Property Management System) and update remarks once the task is completed. Carry out specific oral and written instructions. Maintain guest confidentiality. Knowledge, understanding, and adherence to Company Core Values and Mission Statement.
