Landscape Maintenance Laborer

We're hiring a Maintenance Laborer to join our commercial landscape maintenance team in Redmond, WA . This is an entry-level, hands-on role supporting daily landscape maintenance activities under the guidance of a Crew Leader. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and wants to grow in the landscape industry. What You'll Do Assist with daily landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, leaf removal, and general site cleanup Use landscape tools and equipment safely and as trained Follow daily routes, work plans, and Crew Leader direction Work closely with crew members to maintain productivity and clean job sites Support loading, unloading, and care of tools, equipment, and vehicles Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and report any unsafe conditions What We're Looking For Previous landscape, construction, or outdoor labor experience is helpful, but not required Willingness to learn new skills and accept coaching and feedback Reliable, punctual, and accountable with attendance and performance Ability to work well as part of a team Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day Basic English communication skills required; Spanish bilingual a plus
