The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the property in excellent condition while ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel property Address guest maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Conduct preventative maintenance inspections in guest rooms and common areas Complete basic plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, and HVAC-related tasks Maintain the cleanliness and safety of exterior and interior areas Ensure all maintenance work complies with hotel safety standards and procedures Assist with emergency repairs as needed

Qualifications:

Previous hotel or general maintenance experience preferred Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays if needed Ability to lift, carry, and move maintenance equipment and supplies
