The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the exterior landscapes of our properties. This role involves a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, irrigation, and hardscape projects, ensuring that all outdoor areas are well-kept and visually appealing. Responsibilities Perform regular landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and lawn care. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for various maintenance tasks. Landscape design implementation, including planting, irrigation setup, and hardscaping projects. Dig trenches for irrigation systems or planting beds as needed. Maintain equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance. Assist in the installation of new landscaping features such as pathways, patios, or decorative elements. Monitor plant health and address any issues related to pests or diseases. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Skills Proficiency in landscape maintenance techniques including mowing, irrigation, and hardscape installation. Experience with power tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment. Ability to use hand tools effectively for various tasks related to landscape care. Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor including digging and lifting. Attention to detail in maintaining high-quality standards in all landscaping tasks. Good communication skills to work collaboratively with team members.
