Performs lubrication and greasing of bakery machinery and equipment as directed. Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and following company Good Manufacturing Practices. Work in a safe and efficient manner. Additional duties and/or responsibilities as assigned. Adherence to Franz Family Bakery Core Values Must have strong mechanical aptitude. Experience in repair, assembly and disassembly of machinery. Understand principles of machinery lubrication and machinery operations. Ability to read and understand (English) written instructions and diagrams. Must have a cooperative behavior with ability to be a productive and safe employee. Safety First attitude with proven safe work practices, particularly with "Lockout-Tag out" Forklift license or ability to obtain one. Other lift certifications a plus Ability to work in high temperature environment. Must have a high school diploma or GED. Must be available to work any day and any shift, including holidays. Must be able to pass a pre-employment math test, background check, drug screen and physical. Must have effective communication skills.
