Job Description
Perform daily cleaning routines and assist with frequent maintenance tasks and repairs to help keep building/facility grounds clean, safe and professional. Provide and coordinate maintenance services and repairs as needed by departments, team leaders, staff and residents. Follow a daily schedule that include a safety revision of smoke and fire alarms, and inspection of emergency equipment to make sure things are operable and in compliance with local, state and federal codes. able to perform daily maintenance goals and provide urgent repairs and ensure facility would run smoothly and successfully. provide vital transportation services to residents in need of medical appointments, community base programs or other critical outreach facilities for the elders.
