Work Location:
In person Job description: Club Green Meadows, a private golf, tennis and athletic club, is currently hiring a full-time Building Maintenance position. This position is responsible for ordering parts and supplies, light plumbing, drywall, painting, pool maintenance, HVAC filter changes and troubleshooting issues throughout the building. Club Green Meadows uses MaintainX, a mobile work order platform, to receive, document and complete assigned maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, computer literate, reliable and comfortable using mobile apps to track work orders and document completed repairs. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
  • General building maintenance
  • Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Computer literate
  • Pool maintenance
  • Drywall and painting
  • Good communication skills
