This position involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Duties Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards. Mechanical Work Fabricate and weld components as necessary to maintain equipment functionality. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance schedules. Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing requests promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies. Collaborate with other team members to develop preventive maintenance plans that enhance facility performance. operate a scissor lift at heights Maintain clean facilities maintenance shop in an organized and safe manner. Skills Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members. is a plus. Experience in troubleshooting electrical systems. Welding skills for fabricating or repairing metal components as needed. Experience with CMMS for tracking maintenance tasks and scheduling repairs. Proven ability to maintain facilities effectively while adhering to safety standards. Supervisory experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities within a maintenance team. Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with facility users. Ability to operate scissor lifts Maintain clean facilities maintenance shop in an organized and safe manner.
